  • If you are new to the club, the first thing you should do is to email the club with your name and correspondence, for the club to create an account for you.  Club email: njsquashclub@gmail.com.
  • The club will notify you once your account is created.  You can then complete your account setup with the link provided, or simply go to the “Booking” page on our website and clink the link.  Once your account is setup you can start playing at the club as a guest.
  • If you are interested in becoming a member, please go to our “Membership” page to select the membership type that fits you.  Email the club which membership you want to purchase or simply purchase it in your account.
  • Members can book courts online in their accounts.  Guests can either co-book courts with a member online or email the club for booking.
  • When booking a court, please input all player names (the booking page allows you to add players).  The system will create billing for each player individually based on membership status. and your choice (you can choose who should pay for booking).
  • Please note: EVERYONE Must Register Before Getting On The Court.  If for some reason you don’t know how to register multiple players while booking, please email the club at njsquashclub@gmail.com and we will do it for you.
  • If you book one clinic or one day of camp, you can just book that online through your account;
  • Alternatively, you can purchase camp or clinic packages through the club, then use the credits to book individual clinics or camps (the system automatically deducts one credit every time you book one).
  • Weekly camp packages are available for purchase.  Please email the club if interested.
  • Fall clinic schedules and package discounts are now available.  Please check “Fall Clinics & Packages” for detail.
Fall Season
  • The Fall Season covers 9/3-11/24, total 11 weeks, with only 10 Saturday clinics due to our hosting the 9/28 gold tournament.
  • Beginners:     Mon/Wed 5:30pm-6:30pm ; Sat 10am-11am
  • Beg/Int     :     Mon/Wed 6:30pm-7:30pm ; Sat 11am-12pm
  • Intermediate:  Tue/Thu  5:30pm-6:30pm ; Sat 12pm-1:30pm
  • Advanced:      Tue/Thu  6:30pm-7:30pm ; Sat 1:30pm-3pm
  • Elite:               Wed        7:30pm-8:30pm ; Sat 1:30pm-3pm
  • Adult:              Mon        7:30pm-8:30pm ; Sat 9am-10am

Package Discounts

  • We offer 10% discount on a 10-week,1 day per week package;
  • We offer 20% discount on a 10-week,2 days per week package;
  • We offer 30% discount on a 10-week,all days package; (2 days for elite and 3 days all other levels)
Class Limit & Waitlist:
To ensure the quality of our clinics, we set the following limits to our class sizes:
  • Elite  :  6
  • Other Levels :  8
  • Sat Elite/Advanced combined: 10
  • Classes are filled up by package signers first, followed by single class commitments, then drop ins.  Once class limit is reached, additional players will be placed on a waitlist.
Makeup Policy
  • All package buyers can have up to 3 makeups, subject to space availability;  The club must be informed with a 24 hours notice for all missed classes to count as makeups;  Sat clinics can have weekday makeups;
  • Makeups will be placed on a waitlist if a class has reached its limit;
  • The last week of 11/12 is a makeup week.
  • Makeups cannot be carried over to winter season.
  • Makeups are not guaranteed, as package discounts esp the all week packages already reflect the possibility of missed clinics.
  • Lefika will personally teach the Wed elite clinics as well as Sat intermediate and elite/advanced clinics.  However, he will be coaching at the JCT tournaments so won’t teach the 9/15, 10/13, and 11/17 clinics.
  • Depending on class sizes, we will have additional pro(s)/coaching assistant(s) to help maintain our clinics quality.
Fall clinics packages are now available for purchase.  Clinics packages are on a first come first serve basis.  You will be placed on a waitlist once a class reaches its limit.

  • In general, we encourage clients to book private lessons through the club, by emailing njsquashclub@gmail.com.  This way, the club can ensure there is no miscommunication between coach and clients and make sure everything is in the system properly.  We can also inform you of other coaches’ availability if your coach of choice is not available.
  • If you only want to take lessons from a specific coach and prefers to communicate with that coach directly, we still encourage you to email the club of your lessons, so that the club can monitor our calendar and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.  And if your coach is not available last minute for any reason, we can also recommend another coach to do a scheduled lesson if you prefer.
  • All of our coaches teach solid fundamentals so you can’t go wrong whoever you start out with. But they do have different teaching styles.
  • We generally encourage players to try different coaches to see which one fits them the best.  It’s not uncommon for our players to take private lessons from multiple coaches or switch coaches from time to time.  Our coaches wouldn’t be offended if you decide to go to another coach after trying them, as they know that it takes a while for a player to find the coach that fits and that players’ needs change as they grow.
  • At any time you feel like you need coaching advice, please email Lefika personally at lefika@hotmail.com.  Our players’ interests is top priority for the club.  So please feel free to reach out to management if there is anything you feel the club can help.

Our Peak Hours:

  • Monday – Friday:  6am-7:30am | 12:30pm – 2pm | 4:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Saturday:   10am – 3pm
  • Sunday:      1pm – 4pm
  • Our summer business hours are M-F 2:30pm-6:30pm and Sun 1pm-3pm.
  • Our regular business hours are M-F 4pm-8pm, Sat 9am-1pm, and Sun 1pm-3pm.
  • If you need to talk to the club outside our business hours, the best way to contact us is via email.
  • Club is accessible 24/7 with fob access keys.  Please stop by the front desk during our business hours to get your personal fob.
  • Members are allowed unlimited playing on open courts depending on membership types.
  • However, in order for all members to have fair playing time, we have the following restrictions:
    • a) Each member is allowed to book only 1 session in advance at any given time (once that session passes the same member can book another session again);
    • b) a member who books a court and then does not show up will pay the club $20 .
  • Memberships allow you unlimited access to open courts, peak or off-peak hours depending on your membership type.
  • They also allow you to book individual clinics and lessons, or entire seasons and camps, without additional fees.
  • Non-members with an account can book open courts, clinics, and lessons without restrictions as well, but will they need to pay for open courts and an additional $10 fee when they book individual clinics or lessons (no additional fee for entire seasons or camps).

Membership Initiation Fee is $99 for any membership.  This is a one time fee, as long as you maintain an active membership.  You can switch from one kind of membership to another kind at any time.

Our membership is on a month-to-month calendar month basis.

** Members can cancel membership anytime with a 2-week (14 days) advance notice, with cancellation effective the following calendar month.  The initiation fee of $99 will apply if a member cancels and then restarts a membership.

** With a 30 day notice, we allow members to put membership on hold for up to two calendar months each year, for a $10 maintenance fee each month.  The holding period must be on a calendar month basis.

  • We require every account to have a credit card on file, except for linked accounts in which case all billing goes to the primary account with a credit card.
  • Each time a transaction (lessons, clinic, court reservations, or merchandise purchase) is initiated in your account, a bill will be created (you will receive email notification) and your account balance updated.  Account balances are cleared and your credit card charged at the end of each billing cycle (1st of month by default).
  • For package purchases that involve larger amounts, i.e. lesson/clinic/camp packages, the club prefers upfront payments via checks payable to NJ Squash.
